• "Bespoke Products" refers to custom-made, cut-to-size, or specially manufactured glass products made to your specific measurements or requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
• Will provide accurate and complete information

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, dimensions, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colours or appearance of products.

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or full refund.

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Custom and Bespoke Products

4.1 Custom Glass Orders

When ordering custom or bespoke glass products:

• Measurements: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We recommend professional measurement for best results.
• Confirmation: Please carefully review all specifications, dimensions, glass type, thickness, and edge finishes before confirming your order.
• Processing: Once you place an order for custom glass, processing begins immediately and cannot be cancelled.
• No Returns: Custom-cut glass, processed glass, and made-to-order products cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances, including change of mind.
• Errors: If you provide incorrect measurements or specifications, we cannot accept responsibility or provide a refund. A new order will be required at full cost.

4.2 Made-to-Order Products

Bespoke products including custom balustrades, splashbacks, shower screens, and other specially manufactured items are non-refundable once production has commenced. Lead times vary depending on the product and will be confirmed at the time of order.

5. Ordering Process

5.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website:

1. Configure your product using our online tools
2. Review your specifications and pricing
3. Add items to your cart
4. Proceed to checkout and provide delivery information
5. Select your payment method and complete payment
6. You will receive an order confirmation email

5.2 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, we may cancel or modify your order.

5.3 Quotes and Saved Baskets

You may save your product configuration as a quote for future reference. Saved quotes are valid for 7 days from creation. Prices in saved quotes are not guaranteed and may change based on market conditions.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (for large orders, by arrangement)

6.2 Payment Processing

Payment is required in full at the time of order unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. For custom products, payment confirms your order and authorizes us to begin processing.

6.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through our payment service providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery charges vary based on location, product size, and weight. Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

7.2 Delivery Times

• Standard Products: 3-5 working days
• Custom/Bespoke Glass: 7-14 working days (depending on specifications)
• Large/Complex Orders: Delivery times will be confirmed at time of order

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7.3 Delivery Requirements

You must ensure:

• Someone is available to accept delivery at the specified address
• Access is suitable for delivery vehicles and personnel
• The delivery location is safe for unloading glass products

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being available, re-delivery charges may apply.

7.4 Inspection on Delivery

Important: You must inspect all products immediately upon delivery before signing for receipt. If any damage or defects are visible, note this on the delivery documentation and contact us within 24 hours. Claims for damage not reported at delivery cannot be accepted.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Standard Products

For standard, non-custom products in original, unopened packaging:

• You may return items within 14 days of receipt
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving returned items

8.2 Non-Returnable Items

8.3 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide photographs of the damage or defect
• Do not dispose of the product or packaging
• We will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund

8.4 Wrong Item Received

If we send you the wrong item due to our error, we will collect it at no cost to you and send the correct item or provide a full refund.

9. Warranties and Guarantees

9.1 Product Quality

All products are manufactured to industry standards and are fit for their intended purpose. Glass products meet relevant British Standards and safety requirements.

9.2 Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our cutting, processing, and manufacturing work. If any defect in workmanship is identified within 12 months of delivery, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

9.3 Limitations

Our warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Products modified by anyone other than TGP Glass
• Measurements provided incorrectly by the customer

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the products purchased
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for losses arising from delays, delivery issues, or product unavailability
• We are not liable for installation errors or damage caused by improper installation
• We are not liable for incorrect measurements provided by customers

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Installation Services

If we provide installation services:

• Installation quotes are provided separately and are not included in product prices unless stated
• You must ensure the installation site is ready and accessible
• You are responsible for ensuring any building work meets Building Regulations
• Our installers will carry out work in a professional manner but cannot be responsible for issues with the building structure

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is owned by TGP Glass or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
